Video Production
We specialize in corporate brand films, executive interview videos, client testimonial videos, event coverage and recaps, facility and operations showcases, aerial drone cinematography, and specialized corporate photography. We serve healthcare systems, universities, construction firms, financial institutions, hospitality brands, and marketing agencies across Miami and South Florida.
We are based in Miami, Florida and primarily serve the greater South Florida region — Miami Beach, Coral Gables, Brickell, Fort Lauderdale, Boca Raton, and surrounding areas. We also travel for national and international projects. Contact us to discuss travel logistics and rates.
Yes. We offer pre-production support including scriptwriting, talking points development, and question preparation for interview-style videos. Teleprompter setup and operation can be arranged as an add-on service. These are scoped and priced separately from base production.
Raw footage is not included by default. All raw footage and project files remain the property of Jaime Andres Media. If raw files are requested and we agree to provide them, an additional fee applies and delivery is subject to availability. This applies to both video and photography projects.
Yes. We regularly partner with marketing agencies, PR firms, and creative agencies as a production resource. We understand agency workflows, can operate under NDAs, and are comfortable as a white-label production partner. Agency partnerships and retainer arrangements are available.
Process & Pricing
Timelines vary by project complexity. A standard corporate interview or testimonial video typically delivers within 5–10 business days of the shoot. Brand films and more complex productions range from 2–6 weeks depending on pre-production, revision rounds, and deliverable scope. Rush timelines are available for an additional fee. All delivery dates are estimates unless expressly confirmed in writing.
Pricing depends on scope, crew size, shoot duration, post-production complexity, and deliverables. We provide custom quotes for every project — there are no one-size-fits-all packages. We work across a wide range of budgets and are transparent about what each investment delivers. Contact us for a free consultation and estimate.
For projects exceeding $2,000, we may allow a deposit structure with a minimum 50% non-refundable deposit required to book. The remaining balance is due in full on or before the day the first draft is delivered for review. For projects under $2,000, full payment is typically due on the day of service.
For retainer clients, up to five rounds of revisions per deliverable are included. For one-time projects, revision rounds are specified in the project proposal or invoice. Revisions must be consolidated — all feedback from all stakeholders should be submitted together per round. Additional rounds beyond what is included are billed at our standard post-production rate.
If unsafe or unsuitable weather prevents an outdoor shoot, we work with the client to reschedule at the earliest available date. Non-refundable costs already incurred — including crew fees, equipment, permits, and travel — are passed through to the client. The final call on whether to proceed always rests with our lead producer or director of photography.

Drone & Aerial
Yes. Jaime Andres Media holds an FAA Part 107 Remote Pilot Certificate, required for all commercial drone operations in the United States. All aerial filming is conducted in compliance with FAA regulations, airspace authorizations, and local permitting requirements. We are also fully business liability insured.
Indoor drone operations are evaluated case by case based on space, ceiling height, and safety conditions. Restricted or controlled airspace requires advance FAA authorization, which we handle as part of the production process. Some locations may not permit drone operations regardless of authorization efforts.
We provide aerial cinematography for corporate brand films, construction progress documentation, real estate and facility showcases, event coverage, university campus tours, and general location establishing shots. Aerial footage can be booked as a standalone service or as part of a broader production package.
AI Services & GEO

AI visibility improvements are not instantaneous — AI platforms update their knowledge bases on their own schedules, which are outside our control. Clients typically begin seeing measurable changes in AI-generated mentions within 60–180 days of implementation. Results vary based on market competitiveness, domain authority, and content output consistency.
No. Jaime Andres Media does not guarantee specific mentions, rankings, or placements in any AI platform or generative search system. AI platforms operate independently and update their outputs at their own discretion. What we do is implement the best available practices to maximize your probability of being discovered and recommended — but outcomes are never guaranteed.
No. All AI services fees — including GEO consulting, web presence audits, technical AI audits, and AI agent development — are non-refundable once the engagement has commenced. Substantial value is delivered from the outset through research, analysis, and strategy work. This policy is in place regardless of outcome or stage of completion.

Yes. Jaime Andres Media is fully business liability insured. Certificates of insurance (COI) can be provided upon request, with adequate advance notice, for venues or clients that require them as a condition of access.

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, Jaime Andres Media reserves the right to display completed work, behind-the-scenes content, and the client's name and logo for portfolio, website, social media, and promotional purposes. If you require confidentiality or an embargo on publication, this must be agreed in writing prior to production.
